This album is the product of the great affection Germany's Paulo Morello and Denmark's Kim Barth have for authentic Brazilian music - an affection which was intensified when they visited the source country of bossa nova in 2001. Here they are joined by two legendary exponents of the bossa nova idiom - the singers Alaíde Costa and Johnny Alf - plus eight of the finest Brazilian musicians.
