Facts:
A remarkable début by a highly gifted young German trombonist and his quartet. The album is a fine showcase for the very personal trombone sound of Heidepriem and one of ist undoubted highlights is "For Albert", a composition dedicated to Albert Mangelsdorff which features a four-strong trombone choir, achieved by overdubbing. A most impressive first album.
